We are searching for your holiday. We have 12 lodges in a combination of 2 or 3 bedrooms some with private hot tubs. They sleep lodges with hot tubes 1 to 6 people. All our lodges are fully equipped, all the lodges have an en-suite with shower, a kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher and fridge freezer, dining area, lounge with TV and DVD. The lounge has a TV and DVD player. There is also an outside seating area to the front of each lodge, all with sea views. There is an open plan kitchen dinning area and lounge.

The twenty-six-acre site is privately owned and run, and made more idyllic with the River Swale winding around the edge of the lakes. There’s a range of sizes and styles of lodges to cater for all tastes. Twenty OneA stunning lodge for larger groups, it’s ideal for friends or a family celebration. The spacious outdoor area includes a hot tub and BBQ hut, and the open plan living features amazing interiors and entertaining spaces. The open plan living and dining area opens onto private decking. In winter cosy in front of the log burner or in the Scandinavian style wooden hot tub.

Set slightly back from the lake front, the open plan lodge is well-equipped and has a log burner. It sleeps eight people and is located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The main house has three bedrooms and a large open plan living and dining room. With carefully selected artwork, an outdoor pizza oven, a treehouse for the kids, a hot tub, and amazing views, you couldn’t ask for much more! A perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. Furnishings well cared for, high quality and very stylish, surrounding area beautiful and the fire pit, pizza oven and hot tub all made the stay extra special. We hope to return very soon!
